Variable Speed Pump Control Strategies:
Evaluates five (5) different methods of controlling variable speed pumps in closed hydronic systems along with general guidelines on when to apply each.
BIO:
Patrick Leake, has over 25 years of Sales and Management experience with hydronic and steam systems for commercial and industrial applications.
He graduated with a B.S. degree from Clemson University in 1995 and began working for James M. Pleasants Co., Inc. in that same year. Mr. Leake is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Mr. Leake’s main areas of interest are steam systems, chiller plants, high efficiency boilers, & green plumbing systems.
