YEA is the demographic of members 35 and under and offers a way to get involved, meet your peers, build relationships, and have fun. YEA can help you connect with committee chairs to get involved and offers opportunities to attend ASHRAE-sponsored leadership weekends for young members wanting to grow their leadership skills or involvement with the chapter. We have technical tours, happy hours and send e-mail invites for each one.
